These terms govern your use of our website and services. By booking a service or using our website, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

We provide residential drain clearance services in Slough and surrounding areas. Our standard service covers attendance by a qualified drainage engineer to diagnose and clear a standard blockage.

3. Pricing and payment

• Our standard price is clearly displayed on the website at the time of booking.
• The price covers a single standard drain clearance visit including labour and attendance.
• Payment is taken securely via Stripe. We do not store your card details.
• If additional work is required beyond a standard clearance, we will inform you and provide a separate quote before proceeding.

4. Bookings and cancellations

• You may cancel at any time before the engineer arrives for a full refund.
• We aim to attend within 2 hours of booking, subject to availability.
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule if we are unable to attend, in which case you will receive a full refund.

5. Our guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the work, we will return to put it right at no extra cost. If we are still unable to resolve the issue, we will credit your account in full.

6. Limitations

• Our services are for residential properties only. We do not service commercial premises.
• We are not liable for pre-existing damage to pipework or drainage systems.
• Our liability is limited to the price paid for the service.

7. Your responsibilities

You must provide accurate information when booking, ensure safe access to the property, and inform us of any known hazards. You confirm you are the homeowner or have authorisation from the homeowner to book the service.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images, and logos, is owned by Oakridge Enterprises Ltd and may not be reproduced without our written permission.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
